kex8 Complete Terms and Conditions

1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the kex8 platform and all its services. By accessing kex8.lat, creating an account, or using any service, you are considered to have given your full consent to these Terms.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our platform. kex8 reserves the right to change these Terms at any time.

In this document, "you" or "user" refers to a registered member of kex8. "kex8", "we" or "platform" refers to the kex8.lat website and all its associated services.

2 Account Registration

Creating a personal account is mandatory to use services on kex8. You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration.

Registration Requirements

• Each individual may create only one account.
• The name, date of birth, mobile number and address provided during registration must be accurate.
• Creating multiple accounts using the same mobile number or email is strictly prohibited.
• If you need to update the information on your account, please contact the support team.
• Accounts may not be operated in the name of a third party.

kex8 may at any time request additional documents (national ID, passport, etc.) for identity verification. Failure to provide such documents may result in temporary suspension of the account.

3 Age Verification and Eligibility

kex8 is for users aged 21 and above only. Minors are not permitted to use this platform under any circumstances.

kex8 reserves the right to verify the age of any account. If age cannot be confirmed, account activity will be suspended and any deposited funds will be returned.

Other Eligibility Requirements

• You must be located in Bangladesh.
• Online betting and gaming must be permitted under the laws applicable in your region.
• Persons legally prohibited from gambling due to mental incapacity may not use this platform.

4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. kex8 will never ask for your password by phone or email.

Deposit

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500
• There is no maximum deposit limit — however, verification may be required for large amounts.
• Your balance is credited automatically after a successful transaction.
• Deposits must always be made from your own registered mobile number.

Withdrawal

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500
• Withdrawal processing typically takes 5–30 minutes.
• Withdrawals will only be made via the same method used for the deposit.
• kex8 may verify your identity before processing a withdrawal if required.
• Withdrawal will not be possible until bonus wagering requirements have been met.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

kex8 offers a welcome bonus for new members and regular promotional offers. These bonuses are provided subject to specific terms.

Welcome Bonus

A 150% bonus of up to ৳15,000 is available on the first deposit. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times (15x) the total of (deposit + bonus).

General Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering must be completed first.
• Bonus offers may apply only to specific games or categories.
• Each bonus offer has a set validity period — unused bonuses are cancelled once the period expires.
• Any attempt to obtain bonuses through fraudulent means will result in account closure.
• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

7 Betting Rules

General Betting Rules

• A bet once submitted cannot be cancelled, unless the event is cancelled.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, kex8 reserves the right to apply the correct odds.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and any one of them will result in permanent account closure.

kex8 reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account while investigating suspicious activity. If misconduct is proven through the investigation, the associated balance will be forfeited.

9 Account Closure and Suspension

kex8 may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• If a breach of these Terms is proven.
• Failure to verify identity or provision of false information.
• Suspicious financial transactions.
• Court order or directive from an authority.
• At the user's own request.

Voluntary Account Closure
